Welcome to our beach retreat, situated on the shores of Lake Stewart, yet only 50 yards from the beach. This beautifully decorated 1+BR/1BA ground floor unit features a large bedroom with King bed, premium linens, and huge closets. And if needed, the sofa in the living room converts to a queen bed. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining or just eating-in.

You just might want to stay in after a day on the beach or golf course, when you can enjoy the serene comfort of a screened-in patio overlooking the lake and the 14th green of the Seascape golf course. One of the resort's five pools is just a few steps outside your door, and Seascape's beachfront restaurant, The Whale's Tail, is about a 100 yard stroll. There you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, or maybe a cocktail to celebrate another glorious ocean sunset.

Unit 131, like all seascape units, can be reached from either HWY98/SR80 (Emerald Coast Parkway) or Senic Route 1 (Old 98).

From the main entrance on HWY 98, follow the street to a 4-way stop. Turn right onto Seascape Dr. and follow it to the next 4-way intersection. Turn left. Unit 131 is in Building 'G' as shown in the map below:
