This is a terrific unit, spacious, beautifully decorated, situated on Lake Stewart, overlooking the Seascape golf course, and only 50 yards from the beach. You even have a (peek-a-boo) view of the beach from the front landing. One of the resort's five pools is 25 steps from your door.
The master suite is the entire upstairs of the condo, with King bed, huge bathroom with a family sized Jacuzzi, and a private balcony (screened). Downstairs has the living and dining rooms, fully equipped kitchen, a second bedroom (twin beds) and bath, and a screened-in porch with a magnificent view. The decks receive morning sun, and are shaded for afternoon relaxing.
All bedding and premium linens are new this summer. We prepared the unit for our family and guests, and want you to feel like you are home. Enjoy the convenience of (almost) beachfront living, at an "off-beach" price.

Unit 229, like all seascape units, can be reached from either HWY98/SR80 (Emerald Coast Parkway) or Senic Route 1 (Old 98).

From the main entrance on HWY 98, follow the street to a 4-way stop. Turn right onto Seascape Dr. and follow it to the next 4-way intersection. Turn left. Unit 229 is in Building 'G' as shown in the map below:
