If the beach is your objective (or golf or tennis, for that matter) and you want comfort at a reasonable price, this is your spot. This terrific 2 bedroom + unit in Seascape is fully-equipped, well-appointed, conveniently located, and at a price that won't wreck your budget. It is a ground floor unit located on the 16th hole of the Seascape golf course (a 170 yard par 3), so there is a great "backyard" where your kids can play. Or maybe you want to watch the golfers challenge themselves while relaxing on your patio swing. Morning sun and afternoon shade on the huge patio makes it a great place to dine or just relax. The condo is only a short walk or drive (500 yards) to the Seascape Resort beachfront, a dedicated 2000 foot expanse. You never leave the resort property to go to the beach, with private parking for your vehicle. Five pools are available for your use, with the two largest ones just a few steps from your door.

Inside the condo you will find a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with king bed, one with twin beds), two baths and large living and dining rooms. The sofa in the living room converts to a queen size bed if needed. All linens are provided. Bring your swimsuit and your sunscreen and you are set!!!

Building 91, like all seascape units, can be reached from either HWY98/SR80 (Emerald Coast Parkway) or Senic Route 1 (Old 98).

From the main entrance on HWY 98, follow the street to a 4-way stop. Turn right onto Seascape Dr. and follow it to the next 4-way intersection. Turn right at this intersection (it is the fourth street on the right).  Continue past the tennis courts (more speed bumps) and Villa 91 will be on your right.
