  • Take I-65 South to exit 114, the Georgiana exit, & turn left on Hwy 106.
  • Go 3 miles, turn right on Hwy 31 South (signs will indicate to Andalusia. Take your time on this 3 mile stretch. It is well patrolled by local law enforcement).
  • The highway number will change to 55 South about eight miles down the road.
  • Sixteen miles further the road will dead end at a flashing traffic signal, and Hwy 55 will turn left, then back right 4 miles later. At this point the highway is known as 29 South, as well as 55 South. Signs will continue to reference 55 South.
  • You will pass through Andalusia, and 3 miles south of town (right after you pass Andalusia Elementary School) 55 South will turn left (there will be a highway sign indicating that this is the way to Destin, but that way will take you longer), but you should continue straight ahead on 29 South.
  • Nine miles down 29S at mile marker 34 there will be a left turn on to AL Hwy 137, which will take you 15 miles to the Florida state line through the beautiful Conecuh National Forest.
  • At the state line (you are now only one hour from the beach) the highway number will change to FL Hwy 189 South.
  • 15 miles later you will be in Baker, FL and the road will also be known as FL Hwy 4 East.
  • 4 ½ miles later you will reach a T-intersection.
  • Turn Left on Hwy 90 (heading east), go 1 mile, crossing a large bridge over a small creek, and turn Right at the traffic light (The road is named Antioch Road at this end, coming back, it’s called P. J. Adams Pkwy at the other end), and 6 miles later it will end at Hwy 85. (The Tom Thumb/Citgo Food Store at this corner generally has clean bathrooms.)
  • AreaMapTurn Right on Hwy 85 South, go 15 miles to the next T-intersection.
  • Turn Left on Hwy 20 east, drive 6 miles through beautiful Niceville, FL and you will see the signs for the Mid-Bay Bridge.
  • Turn Right on Hwy 293, pay toll ($2.50) at the bridge, and when you get to the top of the bridge, you are 7 miles from your destination.
  • The bridge will end at Hwy 98. Turn Left on Hwy 98, heading east.
  • Go 3.7 miles and you will see the entrance to Seascape Resort on your right. (It is the next right turn after you pass the Holiday Plaza Shopping Center on your right, and Gold’s Gym on your left.)

The entry gate will probably be open, but if not, use your access card for entry.

Happy Trails !!!!

*** A couple of great places to stop if you need a break along the way are Peach Park in Clanton (exit 205), home to fresh peaches in season (June to early August) homemade ice cream and all kinds of locally grown produce, and Priester’s Pecans (exit 142), with free samples of candied and salted pecans, great gift shop and a small homestyle restaurant. It also has large, clean bathroom facilities.

To get to the condos:

  • Continue .4 mile (that’s four-tenths) to the end of the road (4-way stop).
  • Turn Right and go another .4 mile (crossing three speed bumps) and turn Left
  • Approximately 100 yards ahead the road will split around a planted island. Your condo is in the building to the left of the island (Building G).
